Feb 24th 6pm to 8pm. This basketball camp offers a comprehensive training experience focused on developing core skills. Our expert coaches will guide athletes through intensive drills and personalized instruction in shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, speed, agility, and conditioning. Participants will enhance their technique, foster teamwork, and elevate their overall game in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Jump School

This training builds explosive power by combining bodyweight leg exercises with high energy jumping drills.

Training With Xavier Robertson

Brick Hands Boxing introduces you to the boxing world by focusing on proper stance, hand protection, and the fundamentals of punching.
